iOrgans Atlas, Release 2017, Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR), Kyoto, Japan (hereinafter called the "Database").
The Database remains the property of the ATR, and the ATR reserves the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of the Database. The Database is distributed "AS IS" through a secure server with the prior consent to this LICENSE, and provided free solely for non-commercial use by a not-for-profit entity (e.g. a non-profit educational organization) in the hope that it will be useful, but in order that the ATR protects its assets.
ATR will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any DIRECT or INDIRECT DAMAGE, LOSS caused by use of the Database.
Please note that any for-profit entity desiring to use or sell the Database (including the modified Database) must give notice to the ATR in order to obtain a license from it (ESATOHQ at atr.jp).
